There is a direct relationship between education and birth control. The higher the literacy rate, the lower the number of children per woman. If the balance between the resources and the population of the country is maintained, every person will get adequate food and financial assistance. Unemployment rate will be reduced and people will be able to live a prosperous life. Illiteracy can be considered one of the many reasons for poverty. Or one can say that illiteracy pushes up poverty and vice versa. Let's see how illiteracy causes poverty. Consider a poor illiterate person say, X . As he is illiterate ,chances of him getting employment in formal sectors is slim. Consequently he'll be forced to work in the informal sector. Will 2020 IPL happen this year or not ? Everyone has speculated about it ,The cricket world could be hit hard by speculation if the world's largest cricket league will  not be held in 2020 during the Corona era.

If the IPL can not be conducted  by BCCI this year the franchises of the IPL may face huge financial losses. On the other hand, the stadium managing committee, starting from the general ground staff, may also face financial difficulties.

The IPL is celebrated like the other five religious festivals in India, so many spectators are disappointed that there is no entertainment this year. According to cricket experts, the 2020 IPL could be held in SriLanka as India's neighbor SriLanka is in a relatively good condition.

On the other hand, there are many local cricketers, under 19 cricketers who wait all year round just to play in this league.

I think if the IPL is held in a spectator-free stadium, many cricketers and the cricket management committee will benefit and the IPL will bring smiles to the faces of the spectators on this day of despair.
